life can be messy at times, I would not be surprised if most of those who have kidney issues and in need of dialysis especially those who can not afford it have never taken alcohol ama bangi, watu wa pombe na bangi wako na pesa.

mimi huona some conditions like kidney issues that require dialysis should be fully funded bu the tax, vitu kama maternity, sijui linda mama should not benefit from such, that is a choice one makes and should be prepared within the 9 months
