24 HOUR FAST –

I just completed a 72 hr:cool:
Actually I never was hungry at all but I drank my usual chai bila maziwa na sukari and coffee with ginger root abeesha styro.
The thing with ginger (tangawizi) is that it supresses hunger and cravings.
But again, Ive been doing this for almost 2years now!
If you a beginner, start easy, start by skipping your breakie…do your usual kahawa na tangawizi soon you will be avoiding lunch as well as plague.
