Huwa nasema hata heri msee kuishi kwa nyumba ya mabati but yake… freedom iko mingi.
Kijana ya ocha.. aka @cortedivoire anajaribu sana pale pipeline 7th floor na hii mnyama. Na ujue hakuna lift.. kila siku anaipeleka malishoni pale kware.. alafu jioni anarudi nayo hadi kwake 7th flr. Anajivunia ukulima.
Anakamua litre tatu za maziwa anakunywa yote bila kuchemsha..
Kuna siku amebeba nyasi gunia mzima akapanda nayo kwake.. ashapewa notice mara 13 na agent ahame but alisema yeye alijenga hio nyumba, alibeba simiti na sahi hakuna kitu anaambiwa. Alimuita agent “meffi”.. kesho akona kesi kwa area chief.

Niko. I have never been against owning your own house if you have no better use for that money. It is one of 1000 ways of using money wisely. What I don’t understand is why bonobos think that because they prioritize owning a house everyone else should do the same.

Someone who says they are building to avoid bills is a bonobo with no maintenance culture. That house you build will rot away in disrepair by the time you are handing it over to your children and they will want nothing to do with it

Comfort jipe baadaye ukijua hata kukikaa mbaya utaeza kuwa comfortable. Usipate 100k, uishi maisha ya 100k.. ishi maisha ya 50k. Ile siku utajijenga poa.. ishi ya 150k. Tafakari

a house unless inherited or given to you for free is too expensive, one hio ni dead capital that can be invested for better returns and also the maintenance costs, plus other costs like managing your own security and such mean you are constantly paying some amount every other month better to rent and be flexible.
