How many times have I said that when I saw the Jubilee manifesto I expected hard economic times. I am sure if you did a search you will find something on that quite easily. I said Uhuru, while he has performed poorly in governance he has done quite a lot on infrastructure. Given a choice between Raila and Uhuru I would chose Uhuru again.
