Happy Summer Solstice

For those who can still remember their Geography, today is the longest day of the year. It is the day of Summer Solstice. And it happens only once in a generation: Pairing the start of the astronomical summer and the emergence of the full strawberry moon. It will happen again on June 21, 2062 when most of you have long joined the ancestors and those of us remaining are too old to give a rat’s ass. It is quite a big day for astronomers and lovers of the outerspace. So do not ask why it is cold today. Now you know.

karibu chai as you tell me more about it

no fucks given

is it the same reason that we have no power?

It happens twice in a year. Why don’t we experience similar cold when the sun is in the southern hemisphere on December 21st? In contrast it’s usually warm and sunny.

The summer solstice with strawberry in a once in a lifetime occurrence.

No, that may be something do do with a relative of a certain mod.

Nipee directions.
