When doctors were jailed by the courts for contempt, it was Jubilee to blame. This was despite them being sued by council of governors and specifically CoG health committee chairman Kisumu governor Ranguma. Now that they have been released but the court, their is no praise for “Jubilee court” That’s why this strike debate isn’t sincere. If national government is the problem then let doctors go negotiate with their employers, the counties and send the agreed memorandum to national government for implementation. Last time I checked CoG has never even agreed to meet doctors, even once.
