Hotel/lodging staff have to deal with drunks daily. When a large % of your customers are drunk and/or violent its a business decision whether to beat them up each time or just show them to their room and get paid.
There is being drunk and there is being very racist while being drunk calling staff niggers. That is not something that happens daily. Absolutely unacceptable. He should have been beaten and taken to jail and still pay for the room and anything he broke.
