why was there no one who was jailed for goldenberg??? why was there no one jailed for KKV??? why was there no one jailed for maize scandal ??? the answer lies in our system … every time money get lost, Kenyans rely on our media stations to know who stole their money, we always use sweet words like,…“suspect” “mastermind” “the man in the middle of the controversy” etc, we keep on mentioning that name until we all believe that he / she is the thief, after that, we start gathering evidence of how he/she stole…

According to me,we should gather intelligence on how cash moves before putting scandals out to the media…in other words, seek evidence before arresting the thief

I watched the 1st episode of "kabura vs Mpigs " and all i could do was laugh at our system…the mps did not have a clue of any irregularity in NYS scandal. the most complicated question the Mps asked was a relationship between her and a certain man, was he a boyfriend,lover or sex-mate…the question was answered by Hon Mbadi…the next question was why she was why she moved 6m from her account in a single day.

In other words, Kabura was an innocent lady “in the middle of the controversy” surrounding the whole scandal…the mpigs were trying to look for evidence to implicate her…sorry, they did not succeed

So once they are done with findings what follows? Isn’t it to the same courts where it will follow Goldberg suits
