President William Ruto has met Safaricom chief executive Peter Ndegwa, KCB’s Paul Russo and NCBA’s John Gachora ahead of an official announcement on revised Fuliza mobile money overdraft charges.
Dr Ruto on Wednesday appeared abruptly at The Norfolk Hotel minutes before the joint press briefing planned by the Nairobi Securities Exchange-listed firms where the trio is expected to reduce Fuliza charges.
