I’ve read the story…People bought houses from developers with a debt. A few years later, the developers defaulted a loan and now the banks want to auction the houses.
I think the home owners will win this case in court.

They will win how in court yet court ruled the chargee has higher claim to the property than the customer who didn’t do a due diligence.

This is a very tricky situation, where all the parties have an interest. The bank should try and come to an agreement with the buyers…otherwise it will be a court circus forever
