i thought this was ‘The Deal’ , the game changer in the kenya energy sector.

It was obviously a trial and error thing. Never been done before.

And y’all wananchi, like the SGR contract, forgot to ask what “agreements” were in the deal, what are the words in the clauses?

And that, is the typical Kenyan way. Being reactive not proactive. Wacha iwarambe

Whatever this crook touches turns to shit. He makes Uhuru look like Einstein. Na atakonda zaidi na zaidi. Being president is harder than stealing, but nobody told him.

This is actually the most comical part. Imagine someone that can make Uhuru look competent!!!

He won’t sack them as long as they’re enabling his looting. Plus their incompetence also shields him from being exposed as being incompetent himself.

Uhuru’s govt was the most competent because he put the right people in the right places eg:
Prof Magoha - ex UoN Vice chancellor - CS Education
Dr. Matiangi PhD - CS Internal security
Dr. Eng Kibicho - PS Internal security
Dr Monica Juma PhD - foreign affairs
Prof Kobia - CS Public service
Dr. Kinyua - Head Public Service
Dr Adan Mohammed - ex Barclays CEO - Trade CS
John Mucheru - ex Google CEO - CS IT
James Macharia - ex NIC CEO - CS Infrastructure

On the other hand hii serikal ya JSKS is a joke with people like Kuria, linduli, Aicha Jumwa, Itumbe, Matako Kubwa and other crooks.

Yani kuna watu wanaexpect this govt to perform when Ruto amejaza thugs kwa serikali yake. These ppl’s main quest is to steal and buy million shilling watches.
As long as Ruto doesn’t do something radical kupunguza majambazi in his govt we will experience even more pain and hardships.

Just remember that Echesa and a host of other below-par individuals were also in that government, much as most of them were there courtesy nabii. Oh, and akina James macharia were very useless fellows. In fact, someone once commented that he was a conduit for the regime’s leader’s corruption. Hizo mega projects when he was at roads…
