Hata kama ni ivo. That’s illegal. As a HR graduate that’s wrong from all angles. What the HR Manager could do is that he should have given him a warning either a verbal warning or a written warning. That nigga could sue the company for the downward review of his salary. If he is online checking twitter and other irrelevant stuff why can’t they filter his computer from certain sites and better still block his phone’s ip adress from accessing the company WiFI??
