As from July nigga akaanza kudunga job juu amejua atakuwa akilipwa, July kuisha msee bado hajalipwa. Kuulizia akaambiwa na HR Manager asijali atalipwa tu aendelee na job.

Midway last month HR manager wa hio branch alikuwa transferred kuenda another branch mwingine mgeni akaletwa. So huyu HR mgeni alikuwa anafaa kuanza job 3rd of which ni leo. Juu nigga alikuwa ameambiwa anafaa kulipwa leo before ule HR wa kitambo hajaenda mahali alikuwa transferred. Kuenda kwa ofisi ya HR akapata HR wa kitambo anaclear desk yake. Akamuuliza story ya mshahara before hajaenda, before hajajibiwa HR mgeni akaingia ofisi pia. Huyo HR Manager wa kitambo akashow huyo HR wa kitambo ati huyo msee hafai kulipwa dooh yoyote juu anawork kama volunteer. TF!! kidogo msee apigane videvu. Msee akajaribu ku argue kesi yake akaulizwa na HR mgeni kama akona contract ya kuonyesha yeye ni employee wa hiyp kampuni akaonyeshana hana.

Ikabaki imekuwa tafash. Msee akadai kujitetea na story ya verbal contract of which iko binding but there’s a catch in that lazima kungekuwa na witness wa ku witness lakino juu hakukuwa na witness msee akaona anapigana a losing battle akachukua stuff zake akajitoa tu huko roho safi.

My opinion is that the old HR chief played him. No contract or document to prove. Consider him gone. He shouldnt get into the bad books of the new HR by getting into a verbal( or physical) confrontation. Just talk to him kindly and ask him for a status. And get something in writing. If the company dont want to pay him, let him look for a different one.

Better huyo amework na halipwi. He should get paid ata kama ni a token of appreciation akiamua ni kutoka. But millenials nowadays wako crazy sana. Currently i have been working with a graduate for the past 6 months. Si vibaya though but chapa kazi pia.

Jana he was called to the HR office, mshahara ikakatwa from 70k net to 50k gross. Akaanza kulalamika amesoma for 7 years pale JKUAT. Graduates hunichekesha sana lakini.

why? mbona mshahara ukakatwa?
