agree and they should remain the focus of the national gava. to imagine we devolved health to counties while children die of treatable diseases like malaria. Kweli? There’s this county where patients are buying their own gloves, staff that were absorbed into the county are ill payed and striking, ambulances are not being serviced, substandard drugs na si Kidero amesema hawezi sustain wajawazito kujifungua bure?

Am assuming when u guys mention health services,family planning is therein included.becoz the govt is also facing a challenge of providing services to a souring population.unapata in a certain village of lets say 50ppl hakuna mwenye ako na any professionalism that can actually benefit the rest,so the whole village is like a parasite to govt services. Which brings in the question of education and the whole thing is a fuckin merry go round.
