President William Ruto directed that the GK Prison within Kisii town be moved further away, to create space for 10,000 units of Affordable Housing.
The President asserted that prisoners do not need to stay within Kisii town’s CBD. Instead, the prisoners would be relocated to a location farther away from the CBD.
