National Govt

At the top is the President, then DP. Then the Cabinet. From Cabinet we have the Civil Sevice, Headed by Head of Civil Service, under him is Permanent Secretaries of different ministries, Head of Parastatals etc.

On the side we have Parliament, headed by the 2 speakers of National Assembly and Senate ( You can read more about the Parliamentary structure on their website) There is also a Parliamentary Service Commission.

Then the Judiciary, headed by Chief Justice and the JSC.

Then we have a myriad of Independent commissions.

County Governments

We have Governor at the top, then DG. then his Cabinet of County Executives, then the County Public Sevice Board. The CPSB mirrors the National Govt Public Service Commission.

On the side is the County Assembly, where your MCAs sit to plan benchmarking retreats. This mirrors the National Parliament. (Legislature)

Chiefs, District Officers and Regional Coordinators.

These work under the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of Govt. They are National Govt employees.

Hao watu ni corrupt sana, walitunyima tender ya youth with a friend claiming we quoted too low. Kumbe it had been ‘won’ even before it was placed kwa gazeti

ati too low, si wangesema hata too high beyond their budget. Lakini tenders za Gava zina wenyewe.
