Good roads are the arteries through which the economy pulses. By linking producers to markets, workers to jobs, students to school, and the sick to hospitals, roads are vital to any development agenda.

Some of these roads were part of Outer Ring road expansion and were supposed to be done before the main works to ease traffic pressure on Outer ring to allow for reconstruction but you know how things work in this country.
