CBD is overrated. The real economy of Nairobi is in Kombo Munyiri, Machakos, Kariobangi Sewage, Kariakor, Machakos bus stop, etc.

Kenyan are funny. Look at our public universities, especially UoN and JKUAT who have engineering departments, yet when they want some construction done, who ever is heading or supervising will go for some local juakali artisan who will do shoody job. Why can’t all this construction be forwarded to the engineering department. Poor leadership and corruption at all levels
