@Gio ni bonoko chef. For quick results kuna spice inaitwa meat tenderiser supermarket. Tumia hio. But it also depends on what you are cooking. Kama ni stew tumia meat tenderiser ama pressure cooker. For nyam chom tumia aluminium foil.

For super hard meat and if you want to make largeer fried chunks…nyundo works for me.
Otherwise cut those two ends of a pawpaw and marinate the meat in it.
