@Luther12 How do i get rid of dandruff on my head?
Sometimes back i was advised by a chemist to used Shampoo , but i have seen no change

It’s fungal and spread by contact. An antifungal shampoo like Bioselenium itasaidia. Over and above that, proper hygiene measures as with other skin infections are necessary. You may have to buy your own shaving equipment for that visit to the barber.

Well, they’re mechanics. As a kid we used the same remedy on stubborn ringworms (so called ‘mashilingi’).

Use shampoo with anti dandruff… Locally, look for [SIZE=6]Cool Mist[/SIZE] hair shampoo and hair Conditioner. One month…zitakuwa history

I thought dandruff is basically dead skin…not a medical condition. Anyway, mimi sio daktari na hainiaffect, but I dont think it is a medical problem.
