Bwana there are genetics that ascribe sex. The sex chromosome assigns what sex you will be. That is scientific irrefutable fact. Hawa wa ki-identify as male or female are operating on feelings but no scientific basis for this
No.3, 4, and 5 should not be listened to. The people born with two organs can be allowed to pick a gender because they didn’t create themselves that way. The rest just need to be whipped back to their senses.
Ask yourself, by and large, what is the norm? By norm I mean, what is widely known and accepted as the indisputable gender for humans, what works to propagate human existence, natural reproduction capability, and generational continuity, without artificial interventions? To me, that answer is: humans are either Male or Famale. Other so called genders are a biological anomaly, and that’s where science should intervene to correct issues, and to set the dominant gender as the real one, via surgery. The initial conflict arises from the physiological anomaly, and that is what the focus should be on. These other confusing arguments of men saying they want to be women, or vice versa, are not sane, and they must be driven by other motivations–I wouldn’t rule out mental illness among those.

So ultimately , there are only three genders …
Male , Female and Binary ( …as in hermaphrodites …)

There has been at least one case of an individual being fertile as a male.
Why not try a more Humane African Solution …
I understand from research on some communities that individuals with deviant or non-conformist tendencies ( …Gaayy or Beastiality …) would be offered the option of Counseling and “conversion therapy” by Ssenga’s or traditional midwives…
