*Early specialization
*emphasis on depth of learning I’ve seen their high school history books
*well-written (i.e., enjoyable to read) textbooks
*multiple choice questions all the way through high school
*time → its not unusual to see 16 year olds in uni

Cons
*expensive
*few schools & experienced teachers

cons and ‘pros’ of 8-4-4 are obvious
