Guys I need your help. This weekend I was with a birrionaire friend. Although the get together was purely social but mnajua wanaume lazima have to talk business. Out of nowhere he suggested getting into the Gas supply business. He said he would handle all matters capital and I only had to be the active partner as he is too busy.
It sounded nice. He told me I needed to do a feasibility study and come up with atleast 100 ready customer to make the investment worthwhile. To me that sounds reasonable. So I have gotten down to sourcing ready customers and I have about 20 in my mind. My mind challenge is am just not a peoples guy. But mwanaume ni kujaribu so am asking please tell me of methods to get monthly gas customers. Thanks in advance wazito.

After getting a good location and ample number of cylinders.
Ability to make deliveries will definitely put you ahead of the competition.
I know a person who invested in the business about 8 years ago.
In the early years business was good but currently you find a shop/stall/kiosk selling gas after every 10 metres(typical Kenyan mentality)
I can see everything basic you needed to know already given out. Be ready to work day and night if you are into it. Ensure you have a commercial vehicle kutransport if you have many cylinders. Barua ya erc weka mpangoni(kama hakuna pesa ya @pamba ikuwe ready 24-7.)
Learn trick za kubadilisha cylinders. Not all gas cylinders are exchangeable/some fall under different pools.
This knowledge should be given at a fee but since it’s in this village to help you and other talkers let it be free today. There’s a milli tips you need to know about getting cylinders, refilling and so on.
