︽who told Kenyans half the shop must be outside for your business to flourish. At least 2-3 hours is wasted daily packing and unpacking the stock. Time that could be more productively spent.

Naona kijana wa mkono wa kufanya hio kazi bit it still unnecessarily tedious task to be done twice a day. Three sample cylinders in a cage should suffice to indicate a gas shop.

Customers want to see stock kubwa coz it instils confidence about the seller. I’d buy from this guy instead of his neighbour with 3 cylinders hapo inje. Image is everything.

Baas…
Sasa wewe ni Ndainasti…

Cylinders should be placed in an open area…
For safety.

why do most people buy in malls ? ukiingia ground ndio utajua customer must see wat u selling n have confidence …

Hii na fishermen hakuna tofauti, yote ni kutega. Just hoping someone will be attracted to the shiny mess on your front door.

Speaking of malls and front doors, have you ever noticed how resplendent they are…well, pre-covid days? They are purposefully made large and inviting. Ideally, without any barriers to entry…again pre-9/11 days.

Shopping should be a peaceful experience aimed at encouraging you to relax, forget yourself & spend a lot of time plus money of course.

Aim to make it a worthwhile shopping experience for your customers and they’ll be happy to return.

Hawker mentality is deeply ingrained in most Kenyans

Wacha mtu atumie nguvu zake vile anapenda.
