I have been working in an up coming upper middle class estates within kiambu county. The estate is very organized with very strong estate management committee. For the few weeks I have been there I have seen waste management is something they have yet find a solution for and I intended to provide the solution.talkers of goodwill and those in this field or have experience in the same kujeni tujadiliane.

The market has opportunities kibao. I am working on this same idea with someone in one of the counties. He came recently after a while majuu, now he is trying to convince one of the counties to give him biz and let him handle waste. The way i see it, ina matunda

First, u need a lorry, either buy or rent and a dumping site kuuuuule Dandora kwa akina chokosh @Jirani . Once a week collection can do and charge kedo 300 bob per month. If it’s more than 100 homes, you may break even, less than that ni upuss.

Even that 100 homes ni 30k bila expenses bado.

To put things into perspective the estate has more than 350 homes and more home are coming up.at may place i pay 300/month am sure this guys can pay double .
So true you will need balls of platinum to operate in dandora.

The estate is a 15 km from kiambu town i was wondering if the is if the kiambu county goverment has a dumpsite.
not sure kama iko na dumpsite. hiyo place ni tigoni,ruaka, cianda ama ni wapi? anyway huko unaweza tafuta tu site huko interior ya kutupa, foodstuff unauzia watu wa nguruwe,plastics and paper bags kuna watu wa kununua, machuma.pia the same, ile imebaki unaweza kuwa ukichoma. with time utakuwa mjanja biashara ni kuadapt
