his case before the high court will invariably involve the interpretation of the constitution. cases which have a constitutional question have an automatic right of appeal all the way to those supreme goats.
and you can bet there will be appeals.
so, he bribes a single judge. the the decision of the judge is appealed, he has to bribe at least 3 or 4 and a maximum of (seven?) court of appeal judges and thereafter at least another 4 of the supreme goats.

According to the Constitution, public participation was supposed to last for 21 days. Only after those opinions are gathered should a motion have been filed. They filed a motion before public participation which was held on one day and the opinions they allegedly gathered were the complete opposite of that the people wanted. It’s foolish to even think that G has a chance in the Senate, High Court or Supreme Court. The executive has bought everyone.

i heard milli odhiambo clarify on such issues public participation is not a must,otiende amolo went on to add it is all about the evidence to reasonably believe the state officer has violated the law.

starting from yesterday, it’s a slippery slope all they way to the dark abyss of political, social and economic oblivion for him.
but even if the courts do reinstate him, there is nothing to stop bunge from initiating the process all over again.
Too much political capital has been used up. If it fails it won’t begin again.
Yeah they will gladly take 20m and vote for his impeachment.
there is no limit to how diabolical these politicians are.
