Came across this Funzi Keys guys on FB saying they are selling an island, 2 freehold islands, 11 acres, Ksh 3.5 m p.a. Has anyone been there, Funzi. It could be ktalk mbirrionares playground.

Funzi keys is an awesome hotel, great swimming pool and they organise tours to see crocs in their natural habitat. As for the business side, I am not aware.

The hotel is ok, its the land and probable issues that may surround it. Do they have a hospital in it, facing hostility from the natives etc
Islands are cheaper than you’d expect. Logistics behind developing it. But there are better locations closer to civilization than Funzi Keys. It’s a great location for those private moments though.
