Haha i have observed African officers lack codes of brotherhood, hiyo ni kitu kidogo not worth raining your fellow comrades livelihood and career. In Europe and America being aware of the stresses police officers go through they usually have self preservation practices like the “Blue wall of silence” basically if an officer catches a fellow officer in a MINOR crime the brotherhood calls for him to ignore it and not make the crime official. Vitu kama speeding, a few joints of weed, bar brawls, drunkenness etc hulengwa if it involves an officer and some instances they even cover for the guy. They will usually get their fellow help through unofficial means yaani wanamkalisha chini.
I don’t find this a big issue,cops are the one sent by the maambusu,and its a well known thing.Ata tukiwa pale cell,unatuma karao akuchukulie fegi na kanyuaji.
