I can tell you for free that the only important thing here to a talker out there is the ‘Rate’ column. The qnty varies with respect to plan areas,storey heights, design…etc.
However, according to me…These rates are way too low for some of the items described above and should only be used as a guideline coz believe me…They will fall short of Engineers Estimate in any present day project leading to low/no profits and eventually… bleach.

Alafu hii Inakaa BQ ya peasant ivi ivi. I prayed hard this year nisione kitu kama hii. One without steel sections, base plates, metal connectors…na vitu kama izo= chieth. Ni client tu akusumbue bure na kushinda akikuja site ati usimwekee ghost workers.

I remember this… as for the rates they are dated . This to a client is gibberish I would rather a client gets a BQ which is easier to understand and it will help manage Labour and materials effectively.
