The Benefits Of Being Diddy…

Sean “Diddy” Combs has denied in a legal filing that he raped a woman 20 years ago in a New York City recording studio when she was 17, as she alleged in a lawsuit filed in December.
The woman, identified in her lawsuit only as Jane Doe, has alleged Combs, along with Harve Pierre, a former president of Combs’ record label, and an unnamed individual, took turns raping her. The suit names Combs, Pierre, Daddy’s House Recordings and Bad Boy Entertainment as defendants.
A response filed Tuesday in the Southern District of New York, states that Combs “never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise,” relating to the woman “in any circumstance whatsoever.” The response also questions the legitimacy of photos included in the lawsuit. The woman’s suit includes four images that her attorney says were taken in Combs’ recording studio on the night of the alleged assaults. In one of the photos, she appears to be sitting on Combs’ lap. Her face is blurred in the images.
Combs “avers that the context, genuineness, and/or accuracy of the photographs are disputed,” his attorneys say in the filing.
Combs’ attorneys also argue that the lawsuit should be thrown out because the Victims of Gender-Motivated Protection Law, under which it was filed, is unconstitutional.
“Plaintiff’s decision to wait more than two decades to file her Complaint has prejudiced Defendant, as he has lost the ability to defend himself fully and fairly in this action,” Comb’s response states, adding that “some or all evidence that otherwise would have been available if the action had been promptly commenced may be unavailable, lost, or compromised.”
In a separate response also filed Tuesday, Pierre said he never participated in the sexual assault of Doe nor did he ever witness anyone else sexually assaulting her.
Doe is the fourth person to file a lawsuit against Combs, accusing him of sexual assault. Combs’ attorneys have requested in court filings that her identity be disclosed. A judge has not yet ruled on the matter.
“The deeply troubling allegations against the defendants by multiple women speak for themselves,” Michael J. Willemin, an attorney for the woman, said in a statement Wednesday. “The ridiculous claim that the photos are somehow fake and the law at issue is unconstitutional are nothing more than desperate attempts to conjure a defense where none exists.”
The accuser is also being represented by Douglas Wigdor, the attorney who represented the singer, model and actress Cassie in her federal lawsuit against Combs. Cassie, whose legal name is Casandra Ventura, a former longtime romantic partner of Combs,’ was signed to his record label. She sued Combs in mid-November in federal court, alleging that he raped and repeatedly beat her over nearly a decade. The case was settled a day after it was filed. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed. Combs’ lawyer, Ben Brafman, has said the settlement was “in no way an admission of wrongdoing.”
The other cases against Combs are still pending. In a December statement, he denied the allegations saying “enough is enough” and called the claims against him “sickening.”
“Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth,” he said in the statement.
Doe alleges in her lawsuit that she was 17 and in the 11th grade when she met Pierre at a lounge in the Detroit area. Pierre was the president of Bad Boy Entertainment at the time, but is no longer employed there. The suit says that Pierre complimented her and then began talking about Combs, whom he described as his “best friend,” and he eventually called Combs to introduce him to Doe. Combs, who was twice her age at the time, convinced her to accompany Pierre and a third defendant identified in her suit as “The Third Assailant,” on a private jet to come to his studio in New York City, the suit alleges. She said Pierre and another man flew her to New York on a private jet and took her to a recording studio, where she was plied with drugs and alcohol. Pierre, Combs and a man she didn’t know then took turns raping her, her lawsuit says.

Sometimes you have to be screwed to be who you are.
#ElizabethOvesen formerly known as #KarrineSteffans and “Supahead” says that she was once “gifted” to #Diddy for one of his notorious “freak offs”.
She said that back in 2001, shortly after Diddy broke up with #JenniferLopez she claims she was “drinking and popping pills” with music executive #IrvGotti and #JaRule in a limosine when Diddy pulled up and the men began speaking to each other before Diddy asked Irv to send her to his house.
“In retrospect, I realized that I was given to him as a gift by another executive.”
She said that she is not one of his victims because everything she did willing, and she believes that the victims deserve space to tell their stories. She described his parties as “very intense”.
“It’s like The Great Gatsby: men in tuxedos, topless women in angel wings, champagne and synchronized swimmers on the outside, with group sëx in the bathrooms, trays of hors d’oeuvres and drug pills being passed around on the inside. You choose your pill, you take your champagne, and that’s your vibe for the night.”
She said that she believes the issue isn’t Diddy, or hip hop culture, but an issue of men who hate women.
“Men who hate women, men who hate who they are, who can’t admit to their sexuality, who are pretending to be straight when they’re not. And they hate women because they can’t. They don’t love women. Most of them want to be women, and they can’t, and they hate us. They beat us early and often.”
While she didn’t dive into what that entailed, she mentioned that seeing the viral video of Diddy and Cassie in a hotel was all too familiar and called it “triggering.” “I know exactly how that feels. I know exactly. I know exactly how that feels," Elisabeth said of the events that played out between Diddy and Cassie. She revealed she had endured abuse from some of the rappers she dated.
While no names were given, Elisabeth claimed in her memoir that she had relations with Jay-Z, DMX, and Diddy, but romantic connections with Lil Wayne, Method Man, and Bobby Brown.
It’s unclear to what extent her relationship with Diddy went, but she did mention in her book that while out one night with the rapper and friend Xzibit, she took ecstasy and remembered him describing her to Xzibit as the type of woman who’d get you “on tape with fingers in your booty.” She said that description was “so weird” considering “we hadn’t even had sex, Diddy and I.”

Rumor On Soon-Breaking News:

Jaguar Wright has been very vocal about her disdain towards several powerful figures in the media world, mainly Sean “Diddy” Combs and JAY-Z. In a new with Piers Morgan, the singer unloaded more of her thoughts about the two moguls and urged Jay to break his silence about Diddy’s arrest.
“For four years, I’ve been screaming not just Diddy, but Diddy and JAY-Z are monsters, and the victim-making machine kept going on,” she began. Morgan asked why Hov has yet to speak out about Diddy, and Wright called the Roc-A-Fella co-founder out by replying, “Because that’s what he does. He starts little fires everywhere and forces everyone to carry water while he sneaks away without a response. That changes now, Sean. You must respond, you have no choice. Harvey Weinstein, Jeffrey Epstein, Robert Kelly, Sean Combs have one person in common professionally and privately: Sean Carter.”
When Morgan inquired about how many total victims there could be, Wright declared there are “thousands.” Wright then brought Beyoncé’s name into the conversation by claiming the Houston star was allegedly in on the unjust events that occurred over the years.
“I’ve talked to hundreds [of victims] that I deal with still myself. I have three victims right now who are willing to give testimonies about not only what Mr. Carter has done to them, but his wife as well,” she said.
“They’re a nasty little couple. They do nasty things. Keeping people against their will, putting people on planes while they’re unconscious. Just like Aaliyah got on that plane unconscious. There’s a lot of things that people don’t want to talk about, Piers… I’m just being honest.”
“The world will be shock when #JayZ and #Beyoncé’s page opens . They are a nasty couple . They have done worst together than Diddy . They have hurt thousands There is already a big case against them …” - Jaguar Wright
Ok @Mangele , wanna know how devils play? Here goes:
If you thought the case against Sean “Diddy” Combs couldn’t get anymore shocking, you’re sorely mistaken.
Not only is the hip-hop mogul, 54, accused of some of the most unspeakable crimes imaginable, but a number of high profile celebrities could go down with him.
Lawyer Tony Buzbee, who is representing more than 100 alleged victims of sexual assault at the hands of the disgraced rapper, told a press conference that he will soon reveal the identities of “many powerful people” who played a role in Diddy’s alleged offences.
Addressing reporters in Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, Buzbee warned that the “day will come” when he names other alleged perpetrators and onlookers connected to the shocking allegations.
“We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors,” he stressed. “We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates.”
Buzbee continued: “The day will come when we will name names other than Sean Combs, and there’s a lot of names.
“It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure – damn sure – that we’re right before we do that.”
He then added ominously: “The names will shock you.”
The attorney confirmed that he will begin filing lawsuits in various states within the next 30 days and promised to identify Combs’s fellow defendants at a later date.
“These people who know who they are should just come forward now,” Buzbee said.
“I would imagine that as we speak here, there are a myriad of people who are very nervous. You can’t hide skeletons in the closet forever.
“I would expect there are many people out there right now who are desperately searching their memories as they delete their texts and data.”
During the conference, Buzbee also revealed that half of the alleged victims he is representing are male and that the alleged sexual assaults occurred across different states – with the majority taking place in New York, California, Georgia and Florida – beginning as early as 1991, Page Six reports.
Buzbee claimed that they were carried out at Combs’ annual White Parties, in hotels and in numerous other locations.
Most shockingly, he said that 25 of the accusers were minors at the time – with the youngest just nine years old.
Buzbee said that many of the accusers claimed they were drugged, and that horse tranquilliser was found in their systems after the parties they attended.

Combs’s legal team has since responded to the spate of serious allegations, with Erica Wolff – an attorney representing the record producer – telling Page Six that her client “cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus”.
“That said,” she continued: “Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors.
“He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
Representatives for the 54-year-old – who is currently facing nearly a dozen lawsuits alleging sexual and physical abuse – have previously denied all other accusations against him.
He was arrested last month on charges of racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He pleaded not guilty but was denied bail and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Sean “Diddy” Combs’ ongoing lawsuit and criminal indictment is reportedly making music industry A-listers lose sleep.
This claim comes after Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee alleged in a press conference that Diddy sexually assaulted 120 individuals he’s representing, among whom were several minors.
Buzbee disclosed that some high-profile names will spring up in the case and that the “names will shock” everyone.
Some celebrities close to Sean “Diddy” Combs, including Ashton Kutcher and Kevin Hart, have already distanced themselves from the embattled rapper.

According to Page Six, Diddy’s recent legal troubles have sent ripples of anxiety through the entertainment industry’s A-list circles, sparking fears that several top stars could be implicated or even named in the lawsuits.
Attorney Buzbee’s claim that some of the names associated with his new case against Diddy would “shock” people is said to have left many Hollywood elites unable to sleep.
“Many people at the highest level, including artists, executives, managers, and others, are not sleeping well right now,” top entertainment lawyer Bryan Freedman told the news outlet. “Those who have knowingly allowed and/or encouraged the behavior while remaining silent should be concerned.”
Freedman noted that he “represents a number of people who have been concerned about being wrongfully mentioned or rumored to be a part of this just by an association unrelated to any wrongdoing.”
He added, “They don’t want to be part of some rumor mill because they have some tangential connection to Combs.”
Freedman went further to encourage any music industry bigwig who may be losing sleep over the possibility of being dragged into Diddy’s indictment to seek legal representation rather than remain anxious.

In a statement to Page Six, one of Diddy’s lawyers slammed the recent allegations by the 120 new accusers, calling them “reckless” and “defamatory.”
“As Mr. Combs’ legal team has emphasized, he cannot address every meritless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” attorney Erica Wolff told the news outlet.
“That said, Mr. Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he sexually abused anyone, including minors,” Wolff continued. “He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court if and when claims are filed and served, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”

Several other industry insiders claim that there were people who knew about Diddy’s alleged acts but either kept silent or turned a blind eye and could thereby be dragged into the case.
“He had a very significant and successful career and had a number of top artists at his company,” a legal expert told Page Six. “He worked with MTV and a number of different labels, he had distribution deals with Universal, with Sony and he would show up at industry events, whether it was the Grammys or a charitable function.”
The source continued, “Do I believe there is even a remote possibility that any label exec ever was at his home when any of these or hotels alleged activities? Maybe, but I’ve not seen evidence to support it … I’m sure there were people aware of what was going on, but Combs will have limited it to a relatively close circle that he trusted and with whom he was close.”
The industry insider noted that the government is “focused on getting to people who will turn over on Diddy, making sure they can make their case.”

The scandal has seemingly left several celebrities crying out over fears of being wrongfully named or publicly distancing themselves from the embattled music mogul despite previously maintaining known ties with him.
Diddy is facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution and is currently held at the Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits trial.
He has been denied bail twice since he was arrested on September 16 at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan, as prosecutors argue he poses a flight risk.
The hip-hop mogul was known for hosting white parties and had several A-list stars in attendance, who posed in photos and drank champagne by his side.
However, some of them have recently made efforts to distance themselves from him in the aftermath of his federal indictment.

As more allegations against Diddy come out, stars have started to distance themselves from the rapper.
Reports recently claimed that Kutcher is afraid Diddy may lie to authorities about some of his friends in a bid to free himself.
However, a source close to the star insisted he has “nothing to do with this. Zero involvement. Zero knowledge of these [Diddy’s] activities.”
Another actor, Leonardo DiCaprio, came under scrutiny for his affiliation with Diddy. However, an anonymous source recently told the Daily Mail that DiCaprio “has absolutely nothing to do with” Diddy’s federal case.
“He attended a few of his parties back in the early 2000s — but literally everyone did,” the source said, clarifying that these parties were not the “freak offs” described in legal complaints. “He has nothing to do with any of that world, so for anyone to assume that he will get roped into this based on a few grainy photos that are more than 20 years old is ridiculous.”
Comedian Kevin Hart also recently shut down questions about “hosting” parties for Diddy, telling reporters they are asking the “wrong person” the “wrong question.”
Meanwhile, other celebrities appear to be distancing themselves from Combs in more subtle ways. Back in May, Vibe Magazine compiled a list of famous people in Diddy’s circle who have now unfollowed him on Instagram, such as LeBron James, Patrick Mahomes, and Kim Kardashian.
