You need to first define what quitting the rat race entails… Most people claim they have quit the rat race or retired but continue doing what is considered traditional work or business.

  2. Start a business instead and scale it. Then you can buy assets after scaling the business.

There is no quitting the rat race unless:

  • you do insider trading like Nancy Pelosi
  • you still government money and monopolize banking like the drunkard.
  • you loot public funds like Zaacheus
  • you sell white or H like Hassan
  • you sell arms and steal in foreign currency like 1jigi.
  • buy all land with minerals like Mumathe
  • cyber fraud like hash papi
  • running an extortionist mafia ring like maina
  • Born at the right time with a high IQ like Billie G

Aside from that, just accept your fate.
