I start my fisi day, ok everyday, with:

[li]Coffee for the blood pressure and flow[/li][li]2 boiled eggs (sometimes the hotel lacks this so i order an omellete) …mwanam’me ni protein …is my fave thing to say[/li][li]2 Big ripe bananas (The potassium is awesome for sex)[/li][/ul]
I have a recepie for a juice of some sort …here’s the ingredients

[li]half kg of Hoho[/li][li]50 b0b of Dhania (Usually enough to last a family for a week)[/li][li]Garlic (4 bulbs, chinese sourced ju ni safi)[/li][li]Njugu (equatorial nuts ya 50b0b) [/li]
[li]Milk 1.5 Litre (i prefer KCC gold crown)[/li][li]Coconut water, and a ka small piece of coconut)[/li][li]Dates (0.75kg usually retails for 150 huku, dont go for the sticky ones. remove seeds before blending[/li][/ul]
Now blend this mixture and do not sieve.
Keep refridgerated
