Anything past the SH5, BP5 and BP9 is a throw. Subaru long lost the plot. I have heard horror stories from owners of the SH5s specifically relating to the power steering rack as well as owners of the SJ and SK series relating to the CVT gearbox and FA20 engines such that I don’t want to find out myself. The BR9 nayo is just too fugly for a car na tusibishane. Kwanza the front inakaa chura giving the Nissan Juke vibes. Anyway, it is just me. The other thing is the price. I can’t fork out 3m plus for an eight year old bland vehicle. That is Germany territory for me.

Unaweza daily it, I daily an SG9, Sub za kitambo (EJ20 and 25s) with the 5/6 speed manual tranny ziko sawa sana, hata the infamous gasket failure issue inadepend na quality ya parts unaweka, STI parts kama gaskets are bulletproof.

I don’t know what exactly is your problem. The cars are well maintained and run perfectly. Besides, I have built competence over the years in maintaining them myself unless there are big ticket repairs. Why should I bother myself? My next car nimeamua lazima ikue ya kufungwa tyre kwa mgongo na tyres za at least 18 inches na leather seats. I am looking at the J150 or Pajero.
