fermented porridge

…drank a lot of it yesterday. Today am having headache and general malaise. I would like to know the estimated alcohol content of 1 week old fermented porridge. For those of you who drink every weekend, where is the fun of alcohol if this are the repurcussions?

The possible alcohol content would be a direct result of the initial amount of sugar, yeast and ambient temperature, parameters you have not provided…
