British Broadcasting Corporation’s Kenya Correspondent Ferdinand Omondi has announced his departure from the station after eight years.
According to Ferdinand, he leaves the BBC a better journalist than when he joined, having learnt and grown.
He, however, did not reveal where he will be heading to, insisting that storytelling is what he does best.
He added that he was excited about his next assignment.
"Today, I close this wonderful chapter of my life at the BBC after 8 years. I have grown, I have learned, I have thrived. I leave with a grateful heart and fond memories. Storytelling is what I do best.
