When is Kenya going to devolve political and economic power fully to become a federal Republic? We can no longer tolerate resources and talent being wasted by two ethnic groups. We are looking at another 10 years where the likes of Morocco and Algeria pull further ahead instead of us overtaking them and of the likes of Ethiopia, Angola and Tanzania getting closer to us or overtaking us.

Nyanza is capable of feeding the whole of East Africa. Perfect weather, perfect soils, largest fresh water body… strong mbuta eating citizens who can work the fields… excellent road network…

I totally reject Federalism in poor third world countries. Federalism can only work in areas where homogeneity is atleast 90%. E.g USA, Switzerland, Canada, Germany and to some extent Russia. Federalism would increase tensions and further exacerbate tribalism and further advance things like secession. See how dysfunctional Nigeria is and mind you they copied American Federalism. For now, third world countries should remain republics.

It seems to have worked in countries like India yet, India isn’t really homogenous. The same applies to Brazil. And yes, both countries are as third-world as a third-world country can be. I actually think federalism would keep our different ethnic and religious groups from fighting each other if granted sufficient autonomy and equitably distributed resources.
The places that would benefit the most are the places that are already ahead.
We had equalization funds but when they went to certain areas they were used for governor’s residences and other stuff. At least for now you can get taxes from kiambu and send them to Turkana. If turkana was to be semi autonomous who’d they tax to pay for development to rival say Machakos or Kajiado? Where would they get the resources when like a while ago there was famine in most of the county?

North Africa will be integrated into EU supply chains. Tz has a larger population compared to Kenya. They are resource rich too. Angola is resource rich with a smaller population but inability to speak English and catholicism means that they will eventually catch up with us population wise. Kenya is already integrated into Anglo American noosphere. Wokeness, mgtow, LGBT and abortions will severely cripple our population growth.Our population will peak by 2040 compared to Tz and Angola. Kenya got ahead simply because we weren’t involved in wars and coups in the 80s. Now that peace dividend is running out. Only our productivity can save us lakini with those electricity bills sioni. Brazil is largely homogeneous. A highly mixed country that is largely catholic. India too is homogeneous. The majority Hindus are united against Muslims.
This kind of talk brings back very bad memories of 2017/2018.

These were a different type of angry Kenyans, separate from the Kenyans who even when their votes had been stolen in past elections never contemplated going their own away.
