Fast food in CBD

Am i wrong believing these akina Sanford, bakers inn etc are making millions selling fries and chicken. in profit a month? Especially if they are vertically integrated in any level. Also what challenges do you think they are facing? Is there anyone with experience working or owning such a place?

Uende hapo upige story na hao madem wanapanguza meza. Usisahau kuitisha mkia

Most hua wanamake doo juu ya kutumia gede ya transformer(10 litres inaeza tumika one year plus) ni ngumu sana uone wakibuy mafuta legit ya kupika chipo juu ni damn expensive…

On another tangent, nimerealize one of the very few things that peasants get a better deal than “rich” people ni food.

I have met very many obese girls in their 20s kwanza wa hizi private unis kama USIU juu wamezoea KFC na Pizzas etc. It got me thinking. Huyu dame akispend 500 bob KFC anakula taka taka compared to peasant mwenye amekula githeri ya 50 bob pale kwa kibanda. The “rich” person pays 10X the price to eat garbage.

Huyo kunguru anajiitanga Boina atakuwa shapeless in 7 years. The weight creeps up on you.

The elite eat very healthy food pale 5 star hotels. The peasants eat very healthy food pale kibandaski. The “rich” aka middle class ndio hukula taka taka.

I am not a restaurant owner but Sanford makes millions but also the owner is supposed to have pesa mingi. What other place can you go after clubbing in the middle of the night? I know they used to be 24 hrs and while COVID had affected them, they reopened. Are they still open at night?

kama unadai muombe acha kumtusi anonymously :green_emoji:

Based on your last post, there are people who have information that can help but before you go CBD and lose millions, you have to make your current operation successful. You need to take atleast 1 week and work at your joint and see if the numbers the manager is giving you are real , if not fire them on the spot to make an example. Also ensure that everything is sold inside the store and no brokers allowed. Hire a woman as a manager and workers , they are more sober especially when they have families . This is strategy I have see my family use on projects and you will be surprised by the productivity of women versus men .
If you can work in your place for a week, you will set expectations on minimum collections expected by the end of the day. Every 3 months return for more observations and don’t be afraid to fire on the spot.

On the surface it would seem so, but those places tend to be run down and you can usually tell the health of a business by how much maintenance goes into it. Java and Pizza Inn are very healthy business and you can see it in the way they keep maintaining the interior and the machines they use to make the food. Sanford is probably just getting by but not doing amazing.

Hapo kwa mwanamke i believe ukona point. I can think of many reasons why they would be better.

But how much of that do you think ni ukikuyu. For instance you will find someone who has billions but their house looks terrible. No architecture or logic behind it

Fast food ni a matter of volume. If you get a location where you can move volume, you are in money. With their portion sizes, they’re definitely making margins of 50 to 60bob a plate on chips alone. Word on the street also is that when the business started growing, the guy bought land in Narok and grows his own potatoes. Hearsay though…

Africans have everything upside down. In the west, pizzas and burgers are the poor man’s food. McDonald’s, Dominoes etc are all cheap and easily accessible to low income people. Sukuma wiki, cabbage, vegetables and other organic types of food are expensive as fuck so only well-off people have access to such foods. That’s why middle class westerners are healthy while upper class Africans are fat as fuck with vitambis :joy::joy:.

Poor Kenyans, however, benefit from this tragedy. They’re forced to grow their own organic food kwa shamba and unbeknownst to them, they remain healthy as fuck despite having zero wealth. That’s a huge blessing that most Africans don’t really count in their favor.

Just go to any vegetables aisle at a grocery store hapa USA and compare that with the $1 menu at McDonald’s :joy::joy:. You guys even believe that kitambi is a sign of wealth. Fucking idiots. Kenyans are fucked!

The percentage of obese sodomites far outweighs any sample population in the world. Furthermore, why would you pay a lot of money for something that you can grow in a sack behind your house? But I understand, sodomites probably think cabbages are the eggs of a rare dinosaur owned by bill gates, very dumb fucks

Sanfords iko cbd? Ama iko downtown…
