pestering your parent over the bequeathment of that parent’s own property is the ultimate proof of your disdain for said parent.

Sasa ona huyu. You are the only person who has decided to grace this thread with your tribal shit. You are a very poisonous individual. Why do you feel so useless?
Underline “Why do you feel so useless?”

Wazees don’t like discussing wills because in Africa, it is viewed as if you’re planning for their death.
Where I’m from, we don’t really factor girls in land cases, sure.. they can get an inheritance, but males are the ones who are prioritized.
Even if you go to court and cry there all day, ancestral land means the elders’ decisions carry more weight than a piece of paper written by some random judge 500 miles away.
TLDR: Write one if you must, but know that implementing it will be optional. This isn’t the US where courtrooms are like divine institutions.. you can be burnt in your shitty house with your court orders.

Eh, IDGAF about mountaineers opinions unless it’s strictly about money.

I don’t own anything within a 200km radius of Murima. Let the criminals fight their turf wars while pretending to be wealthy.
A wealthy man doesn’t need to keep stealing things, that’s the srandard behaviour of an indebted man.
