In towns or specifically Nairobi, I’d advise any man to stay away from any kids, be it male or female. Avoid being alone with a kid in your house even for minutes. A neighbours daughter was raped by the caretaker then a friend she usually visits was blamed because the girl passes by his place for a few minutes after the act was done on her. The guy has been in jail for months.

Fuck that’s scary. I’ve heard that majority of the remandees in GK prisons are there for offences related to sex with minors. It’s one of those crimes that’s pretty much impossible to (dis)prove because even tests on the alleged victims are easily doctored for the right price.
