I’ve been experiencing low speeds lately with faiba 4G network at home (Thika Road) . I’ve tried to raise the issue with them but customer care Yao, ustake Jua. Rude mf . reboot the wi-fi or mi-fi and everything will be back to the normal unbeatable speed

I couldnt get the signal inside the house.
So could sometimes sit outside in the cold waiting for my downloads to go thru.
Finishing my otherwise very cheap bundles became a hazard in itself…
Fortunately where i moved to has Safaricon home fiber…

Faiba is generally becoming shitty. Kwa simu speeds used to be around 1.3 - 1.5 mbps, now its at 20 - 100knps. It really annoying, been the second week… they need to do something
