Fahari I-REIT - Kenya’s first Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT)

I’ll be humbled if i get ur Opinions in investing in above sector.

Well; just heard that one can invest as low as 20g’s. Never done investments before on any listed companies. So, I’ll appreciate if enlightened on what i need to know if i decide to rusha my 20g’s uko…What are the returns…??

Thank You Ladies and Gentlemen

@kichwakibovu kuja haba unatafutuwa.

Put your 20k somewhere you can see it grow. When you have 20k to blow, then weka huko.

@kijanamrefu Appreciate Sir…“Put your 20k somewhere you can see it grow.”…Give ideas on these part…

And in these - “When you have 20k to blow, then weka huko”…Sounds u knowledgeable bout it. Mind sharing why you wouldn’t advise anyone think of it??

What I understood from it is that you give them your money then they decide where to invest it for you. And if that is successful, you get an annual return. I ask myself, why am I putting a middleman between myself and my investment? If it is to pool funds, am I not better off with an investment chama with just 20k rather than being one of five thousand people who’ve thrown 20k into this fund?

Mahali ya kuinvest pesa i-grow, hapo ni pahali utaona shimo uweke pesa ticha.

Hhhmmmm…Ok…thanks…Haven’t heard much bout it but “you give them your money then they decide where to invest it for you. And if that is successful, you get an annual return” these an eye opener bado…

Ticha, si kwa ubaya, lakini kwani hizo pesa uliangukia? Ulitaka kuweka pesa mahali without doing the requisite research?

They’ll pay out 14% interest per annum on your investment. Less with holding tax. It’s a very good investment vehicle. So if you have money in the bank earning 4%, why not move it into a REIT. That’s the easy version.

The complicated version incorporates yields on the properties invested in. Rental income yield in Nairobi is 5%…

Hehe, na bado haujakuwa V.E … anyways my motto has always been to get as much info as I can before taking the step. Try and get more info and then make your decision. All the best bruh.

The way you began your response shows hauna idea nini unasema against REIT…

When it comes to financial market issues, I’m very green due to heavy mistrust. That was my understanding of it. Fafanua pris juu ya kile Wheelz amesema.
