This is what I’ve been saying all along. Those wazungus at Alchemist don’t consume a lot of alcohol compared to bars on Thika road.
Part of the reason is because they consume a lot of mdma and white powder within the establishment. Those things don’t mix very well with excess alcohol.
But Alchemist has always been a safe place for most expats to meet up and have fun. They can’t go to Thika road or they will get hounded by people who want to finesse them.
If you ever seen how Kenyan women chase foreigners in majority of African clubs, then you know what I’m talking about.
Whatever people say, I would rather party at Alchemist than that mchele HQ called “Quivas”. I still maintain there was no racism judging by the CCTV footage.
