Security has switched off social media in Uganda including mobile money on Thursday morning.
Mobilemoney, Facebook, Twitter, whatsapp off in Uganda

Thousands of Ugandans were frustrated as they were unable to communicate or send money.

Uganda communications commission boss Godfrey Mutabazi says social media was switched off for security reasons.
He says social media has been abused prior however said they will return on air soon.

Even china does it. They can circumvent by using vpns

Depends on how much you value your freedom and access to computers and computing technology, trying this would be a very sure way to get a DOS attack on the two
