I posted this for speculation purposes… Not sure what to say but there are many interesting things about this… A company formed in 2019 got a billion dollar tender within 12 months… Then the nested ownership that ends in Hong Kong via Dubai… Nobody really knows who the real owners of the final company in Hong Kong are… May be it is owned by another 10 chain of companies… It is a classic case of some financial mischief… So we are here speculating…

The road was built by the China Road and Bridge Corporation with funding from China Exim Bank. So if the chinese formed other companies to manage the road that is their problem.

I know that you are intelligent… At face value that is true… Just unravel the Private part and then you know why we are questioning this thing… And tell me who did the SGR and GTC and then tell me what could be happening here… On paper, I agree with you 100% but this is Kenya where ALL these infrastructure projects are conduits for grand theft… Or why do you think the Gava has refused to share the SGR contract even after several people going to court?
