Hehe that guy is a beast, I am on day 3 of recovering from one workout:D. Just pace yourself and scale the reps or time down to your level. Build up slowly so you don’t get injured. Most importantly have fun.

I did 3 month gym then came across HomeWorkoutNoEquipment Android app. The latter is way much better and greatly praised
