You’re better off changing your diet/eating times than you are walking. If you can run 2km twice a week you’ll do more than a 9km walk everyday
Try this:
20 min HIIT, followed by bodyweight exercises (2 sets of 10-15 reps each workout) for 20 minutes, and eat 2 meals a day, small portions. You will lose that weight like sh!t.
HIIT/Calisthenics are the best for fat loss and muscle building, running is the best for cardiovascular fitness, walking is only good for walking. Check out Iron Wolf, Mighty Mouse and Burpee King on YouTube. The first guy is a Marine, the others are ex-convicts/gang members. They do some pretty insane bodyweight workouts. Generally military guys and ex-cons have the best indoor, no equipment workout routines online.
Manze how are you doing it? I reached 3 days leo nimeweka vijiko sita kwa kikombe. I quit cigarettes cold turkey but sukari ni balaa. They say it’s more addictive than cocaine.
