Exercising at home

What exercises are you guys doing since gyms have Benn closed etc…

Have been doing 15 mins HIIT - - is this thing really effective?

Have been trying a9km walk and combined run at least 2-3 times a week…

Make sure umepewa slices regularly, kutembea long distances na kukula diet meals hauwezi kua kama kush ule mnono

You’re better off changing your diet/eating times than you are walking. If you can run 2km twice a week you’ll do more than a 9km walk everyday

Try this:
20 min HIIT, followed by bodyweight exercises (2 sets of 10-15 reps each workout) for 20 minutes, and eat 2 meals a day, small portions. You will lose that weight like sh!t.

HIIT/Calisthenics are the best for fat loss and muscle building, running is the best for cardiovascular fitness, walking is only good for walking. Check out Iron Wolf, Mighty Mouse and Burpee King on YouTube. The first guy is a Marine, the others are ex-convicts/gang members. They do some pretty insane bodyweight workouts. Generally military guys and ex-cons have the best indoor, no equipment workout routines online.

Manze how are you doing it? I reached 3 days leo nimeweka vijiko sita kwa kikombe. I quit cigarettes cold turkey but sukari ni balaa. They say it’s more addictive than cocaine.

Running 2km thrice a week
Punching heavy bag for 30 mins twice a week
200 sit ups, 200 press ups, 200 dips all daily challenge

Press ups and 30 - 45 minutes on stationary bike everyday

Jogging/running for 1.5hrs 4 days a week.

Not really exercising that much apart from walks occasionally, but eating clean on weekdays, no sugar, no wheat does the trick.

Jump rope, jumping Jack’s and Burpees is adequate indoor exercise.
