You credit some random chances to the existence of the universe, and by extension, life.
If some molecules were able to fuse together under some ideal conditions to create life, why were the same molecules not able to fuse together under the same ideal conditions to create a simpler thing, say an Embrair E190 jet, or a PnP junction, or even a bicycle?
Because it takes billions of years to do so, you just have to live that long to see it

Resistance has to be present in the parasite population before selective pressures allow a resistant strain to multiply. Selecting for something that is already present does not provide threshold evidence for evolution. Secondly, genetic mutations that cause resistance occur from mutations, specifically loss of genetic material. There’s no net gain of DNA, which means evolution lacks the capacity to create anything new, only subvert what was already created by God.
