With the rains pounding hard my next door neighbour is being evicted. Apparently the unit was sold and the new owner just wants everyone out ,so sad to see house hold items being thrown out in the rain n the kids crying.

wengi huwa hawalipi rent juu maybe mwenyewe ni absentee landlord ama alikufa with disclosing to anyone ako na properties mahali
Most times rent ya such houses huwa way below market rate, unapewa notice you realise you have to downgrade, mtu anakataa ku accept reality. Being flexible in life ni muhimu sana.

When i was young, kuna our neighbour alievictiwa huko shagz…the brutality and ruthlessness that i witnessed on the evictee’s property makes my spine shiver at the mention of the word auctioneer. Vitu zilikua zinarushwa kwa barabara mchana peupe bila huruma kama zitavunjika…trees were brought down like maize stalks.
Ndio stori ikaenea baadae vile kamzae kaliuza shamba with no-one else’s knowledge in the family. U can imagine the shock on the family…a lorry load of bhang-high niggas bringing down ur house without any warning.
