3 European NATO Nations have Nuclear Weapons already.
( UK , France and Turkey .. inside 3 US controlled Bases ).
Almost all the remainder can have them within 6 months if required.
And they do not have to be very large.
Nuclear warheads can be mounted on Scalp , Storm Shadow , Tomahawk , Taurus and even the Gliding Small Diameter Bomb ( GBU39 ) with its Air or Ground Launched Stand Off Range of 130 kms is more than adequate to inflict serious damage.
