Government expenditure is not to be handled like a peasant household expenditure. This isn’t the lenders asking what the money went into, it’s us citizen who are both guarantors and collateral; metaphorically speaking
It’s already in the public domain. They paid debt and the rest to various ministries.
The handling of the eurobond money was reckless to say the least. How could they absorb it into govt coffers as if it was normal tax revenue
